So...the interview...

What a surreal day, yesterday...

I had my interview for THE job yesterday. I was supposed to interview with a guy named Todd. When I heard my name called, it was not Todd, but my former manager, David. Hi craziness...

The interview went okay...David asked me to tell him about myself. I'm like "you know me" but did the obligatory life story anyway. Got the two stupidest questions: What is your best trait/biggest weakness? Does any interviewer belive that the person they're interviewing answers those questions seriously?

Anyway, I got one of the easy tech questions wrong, which makes me feel stupid. But I haven't done any tech work for almost 2 years. So I don't feel too bad. This was just a preliminary interview...so hopefully I'll have to deal with all the nervousness again. Maybe next time I won't give any stupid answers. I'm actually pretty glad David was my interviewer, since he knows I'm a good tech. Some random person I've never met before might have just gone "She doesn't know what she's talking about" and not pass my name on.

Just have to wait now..........
