Dipping my toe into the LJ pool...

After what seems like an eternity, I've decided to at least sunbathe next to the LJ pool. I've missed some of the LJ love from my friends...and just added my first RL LJ buddy (hi, Bruce). My computer is still crap, but I'm hoping Buttercup can make it a lean, mean internet machine...or, you know, at least make it actually hook up to the internet.

I'm well...Dad & crew's visit: good...Mom's visit: long (and good)...new job:very good...Matt&Juan's breakup ("seperation"):good in the longterm...not so good now. My whole attitude has changed with the new job, I'm not sure if it's because I'm living comfortably now or I'm away from guests, or it's just a job that I like, but I'll take happy any way I can get it.

More later...I'm not going anywhere (as far as I know...only for sunblock and drinks with umbrellas)
