Damn you, Ides of July.

I knew something would happen to screw today up. My mom kept me up basically all night, first with the watching the BSG mini (which I kind of forceD her to do) then with the snoring. Through the sleep, I think I remember her saying she liked it...that's good, 'cause you're watching it tonight, no matter what. So after waking up to snoring the fifteenth time, I moved to the couch (apx. 4:30 am). That was fine until Andre woke up. So, since Matt had an opening shift at MK this morning, I moved to his room and shut the door (apx 6:30). That solved the bird issue, but my subconscious took over and made me get up so I wouldn't miss the DHL driver who's supposed to deliver my replacement phone today.

So basically, I'm just trying to stay awake until someone else in the house wakes up...at that point, I'm getting back into MY bed and taking a nap.

If I wasn't so tired, I know I would be squeeing with joy for today. Today is my first all-new BSG, as I came to the fandom at the end of April (still thanking the gods for lizardlaugh. I am excited. Really. And we're going to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory this afternoon. Am excited by this very much as well, even though it doesn't sound like it. I don't think I'll make it to a midnight buying of HBP...I guess I'll just have to wait and see...I might be wound up enough after BSG.

Okay, everyone have a super day. As soon as my new phone comes I'm sure I'll be fine.

Hooray!

My new Sidekick came!!! I'm almost okay with having to pay such a high deductible. I mean, the screen literally broke less than 24 hours ago and my replacement is on the charger.

I'm feeling a little better now...still tired, but more excited now that the phone mess is squared away.

So, off to shower and nap...and let this be a reminder to all...don't carry your phone in your back pocket. Especially if you have as much back there as I do. Or this could happen to you:
