I love everything--especially Killers and Green Day--except Modest Mouse. Their lead singer has a really odd voice which grates on me. "American Idiot" is a brilliant, political rant album, but there are several songs that totally aren't what you'd expect from a punk band. "Hot Fuss" is marvelous; I love 8 of the 11 songs muchly. I listen to Franz Ferdinand a lot--not a bad song on the album. Jet is great, too. Keane is the odd one out because it's more of a middle-of-the-road, adult contemporary band that has no guitars. I like it--in fact, I'm listening to it right now. But it is different from the others on your list.
